Client stories

The problem, the work, and what changed.

Real clients, shared with their blessing — a growing meal-prep kitchen and a village that needed to reach its residents fast.

Growing past the weekly spreadsheet marathon

What changed

Weekly prep used to mean hours at a spreadsheet: order counts, ingredient weights, packing slips, labels, and a lot of room for missed items and wrong addresses. That paperwork now builds itself. Staff scan every item before it leaves the kitchen. Order volume can climb without adding a matching pile of admin.

What we did

Orders feed the prep list automatically. Packing slips, labels, and order sheets generate themselves. A pick/pack flow walks the team through each order, and delivery is checked against the right location.

Getting urgent notices to residents before it's too late

What changed

Storms, road closures, and water work used to live on the website and Facebook — easy to miss, often a day late. Residents who opt in now get the notice on their phone. Village staff can send it in a few clicks.

What we did

A public alert system: residents opt in for SMS, and authorized staff send the message.
